How a property becomes visible
For us, marketing means good images, honest information and viewings that suit the property. The list follows the order in which we proceed — from the photo shoot to the review of the visits.
Photo reportage
Shots taken in daylight, with a tripod and without wide-angle distortion. We also photograph the stairwell and the laundry room.
Furnished floor plan
A plan showing beds, table and sofa drawn to scale. That answers the most frequent question before the appointment even takes place.
Advertisement on the portals
Publication on the major Swiss platforms and on our property list. We agree the text and the order of the images with you.
Individual viewing
Forty minutes per prospect, with time for questions about service charges and renovation status. Saturday mornings possible.
Video tour
For prospects from further afield, we film a calm walkthrough with commentary. That saves both sides a journey.
Feedback after every appointment
You receive a brief weekly summary: number of enquiries, viewings, objections. From this we derive any adjustments.
In motion
A tour through a period apartment
The film leads through a 3½-room apartment from 1928 in the Obergrund district: entrance hall, living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and attic. The commentary covers what photographs miss — ceiling height, acoustics, the changing light in the afternoon.
