Five people on Obergrundstrasse
Andrea Zemp founded Rietblick Immobilien AG in 2009, after fourteen years with a large management company and having grown tired of referring clients to a different extension every time. The first two years consisted of two desks and one mandate covering eleven apartments in the Obergrund district.

Today five people work in the office, each with their own properties. Anyone who calls us gets the same voice as last time — that is the whole difference, and it is worth staying smaller for.

Who sits at the table with you
Four names, four areas of responsibility. At the first meeting you learn who is handling your file, and that person stays the same through to completion. Cover arrangements are handled internally and notified to you in advance.
Andrea Zemp
Owner and head of sales mandates, Federal Diploma in Property Management. She carries out the valuations herself and personally attends every notarisation.
Marc Hodel
Property marketer with a Federal Diploma, responsible for advertisements, photo reportages and viewings. He photographs the properties himself and knows every stairwell in the portfolio.
Miriam Bucher
Property manager with a Federal Diploma, part of the team since April 2026. She looks after condominium owners' associations and chairs the assemblies.
Sandra Odermatt
Administration and reception, the first voice on the phone. She prepares the service charge statements and usually already knows which tradesperson was last in the building.
Qualifications
Professional foundation
Our qualifications and memberships are verifiable and require regular continuing education. For you that means contracts in line with current law, clean accounts and a place to turn when something does not run smoothly.
Federal Diploma in Property Management
Obtained by Andrea Zemp and Miriam Bucher. The diploma covers tenancy law, accounting and condominium ownership — the three areas in which mistakes are most expensive.
Federal Diploma in Property Marketing
Marc Hodel has passed this examination. Valuation methods and contract law lie behind it, not merely an eye for attractive images.
Member of SVIT Zentralschweiz
We work according to the professional standards of the industry association and use its model contracts. In case of differences, its conciliation body is available to you.
Annual continuing education in tenancy law
All employees attend at least one course each year on case law and the reference interest rate. This keeps terminations and rent adjustments formally correct.
